marvellous and convenient location in the middle of jackson, all was amazing. what's more, it was close enough to restaurants, ottumwa, iowa and a commercial area. i got the a twin room, it was attractive and absolutely fantastic. i thoroughly enjoyed good breakfast selection.

Breakfasts were exceptional and satisfactory.

The room was well-appointed and well-organised with a comfortable bed and sofa, for instance for an enjoyable stay.

Had an awesome getaway with friends! We visited a local museum and explored a fun amusement park nearby. The breakfast was decent, and while there were some service limitations, the comfy beds and clean rooms were great. Totally recommend for a laid-back group trip!

I had the BEST time in my Queen Room with Two Queen Beds! The newly updated room was so spacious, with modern amenities like a micro fridge, perfect for midnight snacks! Plus, the morning breakfast spread was a delight, showcasing a hearty array of options that set a happy tone for the day.

The room had a modern feel, and everything was clean. The hotel layout was a bit odd. I liked the size of the TV and appreciated the refrigerator in the room. Parking wasn't great due to storage containers taking up space. The breakfast had limited options and the quality wasn't excellent, especially the eggs and gravy. I also faced a frustrating issue with the Wi-Fi logging me out . Despite the downsides, the room was comfortable was nice.

The rooms were decent but a bit noisy. I'd recommend asking for a room away from the stairs for a quieter stay. It met our needs well.
